Recreation Ground Refurbishment Underway!

Play Area Revamp – The majority of the old play equipment is being removed, with some items re-sited as part of the plan to move the play area to a more central position for better access and visibility. The sandpit and its structure have now been removed. New Bradwell Parish Council has contributed funding towards new play equipment, working in consultation with Milton Keynes City Council to improve facilities for all ages.

⚽ Football Facilities Upgrade – New senior goalposts will be installed, giving players of all ages – from casual kickabouts to budding strikers – a better space to enjoy the game.

🚶 Improved Access & Facilities – A new pathway will connect the entranceways, vegetation is being managed to improve visibility, and existing benches and bins will be repaired or replaced.

🌿 Forest Garden Project – Funded and coordinated by Milton Keynes City Council through the Local Authority Tree Fund, the new Forest Garden will combine food-producing areas with fast-growing woodland, creating a rich habitat for nature. The project is open to all, offering opportunities to get involved in planting, citizen science, photography, arts, and more.
